Nails or staples to secure the artificial grass to the sub-base. They are easy to use and will help anchor the synthetic grass to the ground. Our galvanized nails and staples will enhance the strength and durability of artificial grass joints, and improve the stability of the artificial grass surface.

Description

Artificial Grass Nail

Nails are used to secure the perimeter and the field of an artificial grass installation. The main purpose of artificial grass nails is to hold the turf in place while resisting sliding and lifting. At the same time, it can reduce the thermal expansion and cold shrinkage of artificial grass.

Note: You need to use seaming tape and adhesive to join the grass together first.

Processing Technology: Electro galvanizing
Length: 15cm (Recommended), 20cm / (6 inch, 8 inch)
Φ=5.0mm, 5.8mm

Artificial Grass Staple (U-Pin)

We recommend using seaming tape and glue to join the artificial turfs first. Then, if the base is not concrete, and does not have a lot of gravel and stones, you can use nails to secure the perimeter and the field of an artificial grass installation.

If the base involving the harder sub-grade materials, the staples will bend due to the subgrade’s unpliable characteristics and will subsequently cause the artificial turf seam to move, then the joints will be visible to the eye.
